Accurate Air is an honest caring business that WILL NOT take advantage of the customer and provides exceptional friendly services at fair reasonable pricing. Accurate Air installed my new Heatpump AC Furnace unit over 2 years ago. With schedules and forgetfulness I haven't had it serviced since install, not a good thing. Rather than coming out my first call I was advised that the best time to perform ALL services and of course ensure satisfaction and that is exactly what happened. Dale is the owner and the person I've come to know and trust, through his guidance I waited until March. Ben arrived. An amazing young man with extreme knowledge and the service that is geared "for the customer". Ben is not only a compliment to Dale but an amazing Technician and relieved me of every worry of spending hundreds for neglect.
